Returns & Refunds Policy

Bespoke Pieces:
• All bespoke items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are designed and produced specifically for each client.
• A CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering will be approved by the client prior to production.
• No returns are accepted once production begins unless the item arrives damaged or not as agreed.

Customisable Engagement Rings:
• Each engagement ring created through the 01 AWKN Builder is made uniquely for you. As these pieces are customised, all sales are final.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces:
• UK only — If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your piece.
We offer exchange or store credit for eligible returns.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Identity Pieces
•These pieces are made to order and created with artistic intention.
•As each work is individually crafted, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
We ask that you purchase thoughtfully, with presence and care.
